Deadlines and forms

Below, please see the key deadlines and forms you need to be aware of to help maximise your Collision experience.

Key deadlines

  • March 26th: This is the deadline by which partners must confirm the attendance of all startups. Startups must share company details via the startups information form provided by your partner success manager.
  • April 16th: Assign your allocated tickets to all attendees by this date to ensure they don’t miss out on our newsletter highlighting features or information on the event.  Once you have a ticket assigned, download the Collision mobile app from the App Store or Google Play store to access your ticket.
Startup packages

What’s included in your startup package:

  • Three event tickets for each attending startup.
  • Company branding on the Collision website.
  • Access to:
    • Mentor Hours
    • Investor Meetings
    • Startup masterclasses
    • 40 words
  • Opportunity to apply for PITCH startups competition, applications close March 26.
  • Use of the event app, which combines your schedule, your contact network and an info hub.
  • Access to all event channels and 100+ hours of live-streamed content.
  • A dedicated startup success manager to help manage your event experience.

The criteria for exhibiting startups:

  • Must be less than five years old.

  • Must be an independent company and not a subsidiary of a larger organisation.
  • Must be launched and ‘live’, with a working website.

Consultancies, agencies, developers, marketing/advertising agencies and public companies will not be accepted. Partners with unsuccessful startup applications will be given the opportunity to find replacements within a timeline agreed with their dedicated startup success manager.

If a partner still has any unused startup packages by March 26th, these will be exchanged for three general attendee tickets.

Each startup’s dedicated startup success manager will share the relevant information with them. However, if you would like to see what’s involved, or would like to circulate this with your startups in advance, there is more information listed below.

Mentor Hours

Mentor Hours is a series of pre-scheduled, hour-long group meetings between our high-level attendees and selected startups. Mentor Hours have four distinct tracks: lead, engage, build and grow. Each track has a specific focus and carefully selected mentors to ensure the issues discussed are relevant for the startups. Each startup will receive a link to apply from their startup success manager.

Startup sessions

Startup Sessions take place in the run-up to Collision. These digital webinars run for 45 minutes, and are hosted by business experts and leaders in the tech industry. The format of each session is a 30-minute interactive discussion followed by a 15-minute Q&A. Startups will receive an invitation to join Startup Sessions from their startup success managers. The upcoming sessions can be found here.

Startup masterclasses

Startup masterclasses at Collision focus on different growth paths, discussing everything from the corporate innovation explosion to the ‘must-knows’ of GDPR and the best ways to secure funding. Startup masterclasses run throughout Collision. All participating startups will receive a signup link from their startup success manager.

Investor Meetings

Investor Meetings is a series of pre-scheduled,15-minute meetings between the biggest investors in tech and the leading startups attending Collision. Startups are automatically added to our investor meetings portal. This is where our attending investors view our startup profiles and select the startups they would most like to meet. If selected, the startup will be contacted by their startup success manager.

Tickets

Each Collision ticket can only be used once per attendee and is valid for the duration of the event.

Please assign your allocated tickets to all attendees by April 16th to ensure you don’t miss out on our newsletter highlighting event features, and other information.
